Engineer III - Process Controls

Position Summary - (No Sponsorship available for this position.) Shall have and demonstrate skills in requirements, gathering, design, configuration, integration, and implementation of process control solutions for the nitrogen fertilizer facility using DCS/PLC systems, HMI packages and PC networking technology. Be knowledgeable of all process instrumentation, regulatory and complex control strategies for the facility-processes and best practices. Ensure and maintain efficient and reliable operation of all the control systems at the nitrogen fertilizer facility. Work directly with project management and engineering for future projects and standardize DCS/PLC equipment and specifications. Support Nitrogen Fertilizers' long range plan, budget, schedule, and equipment. Work closely with I/E on all process control related functions. Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Engineering -- chemical or electrical engineering preferred. Training with executing process controls using Honeywell TDC-3000/TPS/Experion, graphic building, Honeywell PHD Uniformance. Training and/or experience in PLC Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block with Allen Bradley PLC equipment. 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related field. Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining regulatory control strategies (preferable in Honeywell TDC-3000/TPS/Experion systems.) Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines from a variety of sources. Must have proven investigative and analytical skills. Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and CAD. Demonstrate clear communication skills (orally and in writing.) Fluent in English, oral and written required. Ability to adjust schedule to meet business needs. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
