Position: Inventory Investigation and Work Order Planning - 27769
Type: Contract/3 months

Description:
Supports consistent use of common Supply Management processes and tools to facilitate the proper utilization of established procedures.
Utilizes the business software to create view extension of material masters for both manufactured and purchased materials.
Administers the central creation of schedule agreements. Executes small projects upon request.

Duties:
Sets up material masters for both manufactured and purchased materials using the business software.
Creates schedule agreements (blanket purchase orders) centrally and documents standards allowing better control of parameters.
Establishes the relationship between vendor and material by maintaining the source list.
Provides training and expertise regarding complex problem solving within business software workflow (e.g. blocked invoice resolution).
Provides higher level Supply Management Planner support in the interpretation of Material
Requirements Planning (MRP) advice to provide centralized planning support and/or to special projects.
Identifies process gaps and improvements to current procedures and documentation.
Performs system audits to ensure compliance with the standards allowing for optimization, improvements and correction of errors.
Performs various administrative support tasks, including parameter studies, enhancements to documentation, and on-the-job training to co- workers and sister facilities

Requirements:
Must be good with Excel and Word.
SAP experience is a plus.
Candidates must be able to walk around on the shop floor.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
