Coordinating and leading continuous improvement and cost savings projects;
Training and developing employees in lean manufacturing methodology, including Visual Workplace, 5S, Standardized Work;
Driving the focus on internal and in-process quality, cost and production metrics that lead to focused problem solving efforts;
Developing Quality system procedures and work instructions.

EDUCATION: 4-year degree preferred; Emphasis on Process Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement preferred.

5+ years of manufacturing experience;
Experience in heavy equipment, component manufacturing;
Experience in sheet metal fabrication, welding, powder coating;
Strong skills in problem solving tools;
Strong mechanical aptitude;
Excellent communication, organization, writing, and team player skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
