Staff Management is a leading provider of custom designed staffing solutions for Fortune 500 companies throughout the country. Staff Management is seeking a Recruiting Manager to work at our busy facility in Coffeyville, KS. The Recruiting Manager is responsible for making sure that all of our client''s staffing needs are met and that it''s done in a timely fashion. The general responsibilities of the Recruiting Manager are: to manage site recruitment efforts, process daily and weekly reports of all recruitment efforts, analyze reports on a weekly basis to identify recruitment needs and meet with the Senior Manager and client to formulate a recruitment forecast. The Recruiting Manger will identify resolutions to challenges and take action and be able to work in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in recruitment, leadership and team motivation, strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and set goals. The normal schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm. We do ask that you are flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed, especially during the peak hiring season in the fourth quarter. Responsibilities: Process full cycle recruiting with potential candidates from creating and placing advertisements, interviewing and conducting orientations, processing i9's and submitting background checks. Create & maintain exceptional new hire/employee files. Drive and insure compliance of proper hiring practices. Understand and deliver our contractual obligations. Identify resolution to issues and take actions while working in a fast paced environment. Analyze data, reports, historical trends and client feedback on a daily and weekly basis to identify recruitment needs. Meet with the Senior Account Manager and our client to understand and analyze the recruitment forecast. Insure deliverables within the budget. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Minimum 3 years managing a recruitment process within an agency or corporate setting. Must have managed a team of recruiters, sourcing specialists, or coordinators that have been involved in the recruiting process. Must have experience with compliance or audit processes. Must have experience tracking and measuring data. Must be able to get involved with community and promote company/open positions. Experience in Human Resources is preferred. Strong Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT and Word). Strong Customer Service and Client Relations. Eager and able to learn in a fast paced environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
