Job Overview
The Business Analyst will primarily engage in our BI capabilities. Responsible for strategically impacting the competitive advantage, increase operational efficiencies and profitably growth of the business by providing access, leverage, and applied data and analytics. The BA will solve business problems through insightful and impactful analysis that integrates qualitative and quantitative research, statistical analysis, and strategic planning.

Job Responsibilities
Leverage market research and competitive intelligence findings to influence business investment and product development
Lead sophisticated quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights
Partner with leaders to understand the data that is important to the organization
Provide analytical and decision-making support for key company initiatives
Create and deliver compelling and persuasive presentations; including the effective use of data visualization methods
Develop strategic planning and decision support measures for internal team dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and ROI models, etc.
Contribute to an evolving vision for the delivery of the information solutions to key stakeholders
Define and monitor execution of BI strategies, support alignment of methodologies across areas where appropriate
Background Profile
An undergraduate degree in business, mathematics, marketing, or engineering. A Masters in Business Administration is an asset.

years of relevant experience with a proven track record of solving business problems through qualitative & quantitative market research, statistical analysis & modeling and strategic planning
Expertise with problem solving, statistics, data & analytics, database, predictive modeling & hypothesis testing
Strong communication and presentation and computer skills (i.e. excel, access, power-point).
Disciplined and process-oriented.

Organizational Agility, self-driven and interpersonal savvy
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
